The Clinton County Fairgrounds has multiple horse barns with stalls for rent for standardbred horses. Renters are allowed to use the premises, including restroom facilities and the track.
- Water is provided to all barns.
- The lessee is responsible for the care of boarded animals.
- No sub-leasing or other animals, other than those contracted are allowed on the grounds.
- Barns A, B (front stalls), & D are $60 per month, as of January 1, 2026.
- Barn B (back stalls) & C is $85 per month, as of January 1, 2026.
- Monthly rent is due on the 1st of every month and considered late after the 10th of every month.
