2025 Fall Campout
Fall camp out will be held on the following dates:
- October 10-11, 2025
- October 17-18, 2025
- October 24-25, 2025
Cost:
- Hold Site Deposit $50.00
- Camping Site for month $250.00
- Camping site per weekend (Friday, Saturday) $100.00
- Non Refundable
Speed Limit
- The speed limit on the grounds is 10 mph at all times.
Motorized Vehicles
- All motorized vehicles must be approved by the Camping Committee.
Proof of insurance is required.
- Unlicensed drivers are not permitted to operate any motorized vehicle, including golf carts.
- If an unlicensed driver is found operating a golf cart, the cart must be removed from the grounds immediately.
Electrical Hookups
- Each campsite includes 30-amp camper plug service.
- Use 10-gauge wire for electrical hookups.
Alcohol and Drug Policy
- Alcohol is not permitted outside of individual campsites.
- Minors found in possession of or using alcohol or drugs will be reported to law enforcement and will lose camping privileges.
Camping Permits
- All camping permits must be clearly displayed in the window of your camper.
Lot Size & Camper Length
- Each lot measures 18 ft × 30 ft.
- If your camper is longer than 30 ft, you must make prior arrangements with the Camping Committee.
Waste Disposal
- No sewage or wastewater may be discharged on your lot or in the camping area.
- After the event, campers may use the dump site at the north end of the grounds.
- Anyone found illegally dumping waste will lose camping privileges and be held financially responsible for cleanup costs.
Parking
- You must park in designated areas only. You may park next to your camper only if your camper and vehicle fit entirely within your 30 ft lot.
Check-In Procedure
- Upon arrival, report to the camping office and provide emergency contact information.
Liability for Damages
- Campers are personally responsible for any damage to electrical or water outlets.
Campfires
- Fires must be contained within the provided fire rings, which may not be moved.
- Only wood may be burned. Burning of trash is strictly prohibited.
Site Cleanliness
- Campsites must be kept clean and presentable for public viewing at all times.
Animals
- All animals must be on a leash at all times and never left unattended.
- No animals are allowed inside buildings, except for service animals.
Quiet Hours
- Quiet time is observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

- The Camping Committee will make final decisions on any matters not explicitly covered in these rules.
- The Clinton County Agricultural Society reserves the right to:
- Cancel camping privileges at any time
- Reject any camping application
- Is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages of any kind
