2025 Fall Campout

Fall camp out will be held on the following dates:

  • October 10-11, 2025
  • October 17-18, 2025
  • October 24-25, 2025

Cost:

  • Hold Site Deposit $50.00
  • Camping Site for month $250.00
  • Camping site per weekend (Friday, Saturday) $100.00
  •  Non Refundable

Please Note:

  • You will only be allowed at your camper Friday through Sunday during the camp out dates if they remain at the fairground.

Rules

  • Speed limit is 10 mph.
  • All golf carts must be approved by the Camping Committee. Proof of insurance is required. No unlicensed drivers are permitted. If an unlicensed driver is caught operating a golf cart, you will be required to remove the golf cart from the grounds.
  •  A 30-amp (camper plug) service will be provided for each campsite. Use 10-gauge wires for hookup.
  • Alcohol will not be permitted outside of the campsite. Any minors found using or possessing alcohol or drugs, law enforcement will be contacted and loss of camping privileges.
  • All camping permits must be displayed in windows.
  • Lot size is 18×30 ft. Arrangements must be made with the camping committee for campers longer than 30 ft.
  • No sewage or wastewater may be discharged on the lot in the camping areas. After the event is over, you may pull your camper to the north end of the grounds to the dump site. Anyone found dumping waste or sewage will lose camping privileges and be held responsible for cleanup fees.
  • You must park in the designated areas. Do not park next to your campers unless you can fit your vehicle and camper in the 30 ft.
  • When you arrive at the grounds report to the office with emergency contact information.
  •  You are liable for any damage to electrical or water outlets.
  •  Fires cannot be any longer than the rings that are provided. The rings cannot be moved.
  • Do not burn trash in the fire rings. (Wood only)
  •  No pets allowed outside the campers. (Service animals are excluded)
  • Keep your site clean and presentable to the public for viewing.
  • Quiet time is 11 pm to 7 am.
  • The camping committee will rule on any questions not specifically covered in the rules. The Clinton County Agricultural Society reserves the right to cancel at any time and reserves the right to reject any application for camping and will not be responsible for accidents of any sort.
